Website Design and Development

• How much will it cost to get a website developed?

  The Special Offers page should give you an indication of our prices. For a customized proposal request a website development quote.

• How long does it take to design and develop a website?

  We need at least 2 days to come up with a custom website design. Development time depends on the kind of site you need and may vary anything from a few days to couple of weeks or even longer. To give you a rough idea, a five page static website will take 4 days to develop provided that you have all the content ready with you.

• Can you help me with the content?

  Yes, we can help you with the content but you will need to provide us with at least a basic draft. We can't write content for you from a scratch.

• Do you provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services?

  SEO techniques like semantic HTML coding,  META Tags,  ALT Tags,  search engine friendly URLs, usage of CSS etc. are already included in our web development process at no additional cost. We are planning to launch more SEO services shortly.

• How many design revisions can I request?

  We have no fixed limits to the number of changes or revisions you may request to the selected design. However, we don't offer unlimited revisions either. In other words, we are prepared to  work with you as long as you are being reasonable.

Payments

• Do you charge on per hour basis or on per project basis?

  Either way is acceptable to us. However, most of our clients prefer per project basis. Per project costing turns out to be more economical for clients since they don't have to shell out extra for every change in specifications.

• Which Payment modes do you accept?

  We accept PayPal, MoneyBookers and Credit Cards (through MoneyBookers). You may also pay us through WesternUnion or wire transfer.

• What is your payment schedule?

  For small to medium projects, we ask for 25% upfront payment and rest on project completion. But we are quite flexible on this and you may contact us to discuss an alternative payment schedule.

Ownership and Copyrights

• Will I have full ownership of my website/code?

  Yes, you will have full ownership to any site or code we develop for you. But this is subject to full and final payment for the website/project.

• Do you have copyrights to the images you used on my website?

  All images are sourced (purchased) from stock image websites like 123rf.com . We never copy images from other websites. Note that we are not responsible for any images preovided by the client. We assume that the client has permission to use these images.

• Do you provide web hosting?

  Yes, we offer four affordable web hosting plans. See Web Hosting & Domain Registration Page for more details.

• Where are you servers located?

  Our servers are located in US.
