Understanding Our Services
Our website development projects typically consist of two main components:
Web Design
Initial website mockup and layout design, visual concepts, and user interface design.
Web Development
CMS implementation, eCommerce solutions, custom PHP/Laravel coding, and functionality development.
1 Website Development Refunds
We strive to deliver quality work that meets your requirements. The following outlines when refunds are applicable for website design and development projects.
Eligible for 100% Refund
You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Design dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the initial design mockup before development begins
- Project not started: If we have not commenced work on your project or are unable to start within a reasonable timeframe
- Unable to meet specifications: If we determine we cannot fulfil your project requirements as specified
- Early cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of making payment and no work has begun
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Design approved: Once you have approved the design mockup, refunds for the design phase are no longer available (unless we fail to complete development according to agreed specifications)
- Client-caused delays: If project delays result from insufficient communication, late feedback, or failure to provide required content or materials from your side
- Change of mind: If you change your mind about the project after development has substantially progressed
- Third-party issues: If issues arise from third-party services, plugins, or integrations outside our control
2 Hosting Services
For web hosting services, the following refund terms apply:
- Monthly plans: Eligible for prorated refund for unused months if cancelled mid-term
- Annual plans: Refunds calculated at the monthly rate for the remaining period, minus any applicable discounts received
- Service issues: Full or partial refund may be available if we fail to maintain agreed uptime or service levels
Hosting cancellation refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
3 Domain Registration
Domain registrations are non-refundable. Due to the nature of domain registration with third-party registrars, once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded.
If you no longer require a domain, ownership can be transferred to you directly. Contact us for domain transfer assistance.
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone with your project details and reason for the refund request
- Include your invoice number or payment reference
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
- If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
5 Partial Refunds & Credits
In some cases, a partial refund or account credit may be offered:
- If work has been partially completed, a refund may be calculated based on the remaining undelivered work
- Account credits may be offered for future services as an alternative to cash refunds
- Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis with fair consideration of work completed
6 Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refunds policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase or project commencement will apply to that transaction.
