Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes. We regularly take over WordPress, Laravel and custom PHP sites from other developers. We'll audit the codebase first to understand what we're working with and identify any immediate issues.
What's your response time?
For retainer clients, we typically respond within a few hours during business hours (IST). Urgent issues get prioritised. For emergencies outside normal hours, we do our best to help as quickly as possible.
What if I need more hours than my retainer includes?
No problem. We'll let you know when you're approaching your hours and can bill additional time at our standard rate or adjust your retainer for future months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Our retainers are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. We just ask for 30 days notice so we can wrap things up properly and hand over anything you need.
